On May 1st, 2023, during the Labor Day holiday, the company organized tourism and quality development activities for employees and their families.

At 8:00 am, the tourist bus slowly stopped at the company entrance, and employees and their families boarded the bus in an orderly manner, starting the long-awaited tourism and quality development activities.

After an hour's drive, everyone arrived at Chongwu in Hui'an.

After a brief rest, we began to gather for group photos.

Family members of young employees are led by dedicated personnel to the amusement park to make paper boats.

Employees and some of their family members began to gather for a warm-up exercise before starting team building activities.

The first thing to start with is "inspiring people". The coach divided the employees into two groups, red and blue, each receiving a drum tied with a rope. One member released the ball, while the other group members held onto the rope to keep the drum balanced. After releasing the ball, everyone worked together to hit the ball with the drum surface. At the same time, the ball did not land, and the one who hit the ball with the drum surface more times won.

After fierce competition, the blue team ultimately won by a narrow margin.

Next, we will proceed with the second team building activity: extracting water from the air.

Divide into two groups and place a row of mineral water in front of the straight line. No part of the body should come into contact with the ground between the line and the water. The winner is to take more water bottles within the specified time.

This is really hard for everyone!

Everyone used their brains, tried their best, and had a heated discussion. At the same time, they experimented on various methods to see how to obtain water according to regulations. After everyone brainstormed and experimented, they finally found a suitable solution. One person stood outside the line, and everyone worked together to hold onto one of his feet, pulling on one of his hands and feet, so that his body could be parallel to the ground. They stretched their other arm as much as possible, and after receiving the water, the other team members pulled him back to the center and retrieved the water.

Through everyone's concerted efforts, each team member took turns retrieving a bottle of water.

After a morning of activities, the team cohesion has greatly improved.

After lunch, everyone began to engage in leisure and entertainment activities, including singing, archery, KTV, mahjong, and beach walks.

At around 5:30 pm, everyone safely returned to the company and the event ended successfully.
